General Policies for Office Visits

We are very happy to see you at our office! Please see photo of building front at the end of this page.

There are restrooms immediatley before our door in the outer hall, and we also have a client restroom in our office if required.

We do not have a receptionist in the office. Having reception staff work from home provides greater client privacy for booking consultations and other client converstaions. Phone reception hours may vary, but is generally available between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm weekdays. We strive to return all calls within 4 business hours during the week.

When you arrive at the office, please come in, use one of the i-Pads to check in, and have a seat. Your practitioner is expecting you, and will be out to meet you shortly.

We respect you, and in turn, we expect that you respect all staff and clients at Restored Wellness. Rude, abusive or discriminatory verbal or physical behaviour towards any person in our office will not be tolerated. You will be required to vacate the premisis immediatly if you exhibit any such behavior.

COVID-19 Policies

We continue to offer in-person sessions for clients, but each practitioner will exercise her own discretion as to the number of in person sessions she offers, as well as which clients in-person sessions may be offered to.

You will receive a COVID screening questionnaire 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please be sure to complete the screener as we may not be able to see you without having it on file.

If you or your child are symptomatic please do not come to the office. Contact your practitioner to swtich your appointment to video or reschedule where appropriate.

We will refuse service if we believe that your symptoms (COVID or otherwise) pose a threat to the health of our practitioners or other clients.

Please be aware that if your practitioner is symptomatic (for any illness) or has had a close COVID contact, you will be contacted to have your session switched to video or reschedued. This may happen on very short notice.

Masks covering nose and mouth are mandatory for office visits, and social distancing and sanitization procedures are in effect. Please respect these rules as we work to provide service while keeping you – and ourselves – safe and healthy.

Cancellation & Late Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment any time up to 48 hours prior (not including Sunday*) by accessing your account online and making the change, or by calling or emailing the office or your practitioner directly.

If you received a 48 hour notification email or text it is too late to cancel or reschedule online.

You are now in the “48 hour Late Cancellation” window.
Appointment changes may be subject to fees persuant to the Cancellation Policy you signed on intake.

In this case, you MUST contact your practitioner direclty to cancel or reschedule. Reception may not be available to get your message to your practitioner in a timeley manner. Further, your practitoner will need to understand the reason for the change to determine whether or not fees will apply.
