About This Provider

Sometimes life just gets really heavy. You might be navigating a breakup, betrayal, grief, conflict at work, or a major life transition, and feel disconnected, resentful, unsure of yourself, or stuck. Even reaching out to the people you usually lean on can feel exhausting. I work in Airdrie with individuals and couples in-person, as well as across Alberta virtually, who want to better understand what is happening, make sense of painful patterns, and find a way forward that feels honest and doable. You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin. We can start exactly where you are. My approach is attachment-informed and collaborative. I want to understand where you have been, what you have learned along the way, and what is or isn’t working for you. I believe therapy is a relationship built on clear boundaries, consistency, honesty, and safety. Most importantly, how you feel in the room matters. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us determine whether I may be a good fit. Just like a pair of jeans, I don't fit perfectly for everyone.
