Hi, I'm Hayley. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and am currently completing my Master of Counselling Psychology practicum at Yorkville University. I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and truly heard. My passion is walking alongside people through life's challenges. Whether you're navigating grief, working through relationship struggles, or feeling uncertain about the next steps in your life. I will do my best to bring warmth, curiosity, and a down-to-earth presence to every session. I believe that healing unfolds through connection, compassion, and self-discovery.
