Courtney is a practicum counsellor completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture (minor in Social Sciences) and a Bachelor of Education (minor in Applied Psychology), as well as over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, parents, and families.
Courtney embraces a person-centred approach to therapy and her goal is to engage clients actively in their counselling journey, empowering them to explore and harness their inner resources for personal growth and healing. Additionally, Courtney provides evidence-based trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. Courtney currently offers individual counselling services to children, teens, and adults.
Office Hours: Wednesday - Thursday 3:30-8:30pm; Alternating Saturdays 10:00am-2:00pm
