How do I qualify for Sliding Scale Services?
Sliding scale services are generally offered to individuals with reduced income, limited or no benefits, or those who have exceeded the maximum reimbursement from their insurance providers. To support access to this benefit, Restored Wellness asks that clients to be mindful of the limited resources available for sliding scale services. Consequently, Restored Wellness requests that only clients with reduced income and/or no benefits access sliding scale services.
If you have minimal benefits and wish to participate in sliding scale services, you will need to discuss the options directly with your provider. Ultimately, it is up to each provider’s discretion to offer sliding scale rates.
